MOSHPIT, originaire de Montpellier, est un groupe adepte d’une fusion métal-tekno hardcore. Ayant déjà été sélectionné en tant que Découverte du Printemps de Bourges, ils ont aussi signé le 61ème maxi du légendaire label new-yorkais « Industrial Strength ». Ils sortent à présent leur maxi de Remixes sur le label français Boxon Records.

Ce projet combine le son metal hardcore du trio Moshpit (I.O.T. Records) avec le son clubbing/dancefloor propre à Boxon Records. A travers 4 morceaux remixés par Dilemn, Kode-X, BeeGood, et Me Against Me, les chansons « Teenage Anthem », « Souvenirs And Other Tumours », et « Sell Outs Until Death » prennent toutes ici une dimension plus club, breakée, techno industrielle.
Tous les morceaux originaux proviennent de leur album « Follow The Loser », sorti sur I.O.T. Records en mai 2008 (Achète-le ICI). Son magnifique et unique design a été réalisé par le graphiste Niark1. C’est donc lui qui a de nouveau participé à l’élaboration de la pochette du vinyle…

The MOSHPIT trio comes from Montpellier, and is a music band making a fusion between metal-tekno and hardcore. Having already been selected as Discovery of the Printemps de Bourges, they also signed the 61st maxi of the legendary Industrial Strength label from New-York. After releasing their first maxi of Remixes on I.O.T. Records, they are releasing now their maxi of Remixes on the French label Boxon Records.

This project is combining the metal hardcore sound of the Moshpit trio (I.O.T. Records) with the clubbing/dancefloor sound of Boxon Records. With no less than 4 remixes by Dilemn, Kode-X, BeeGood, and Me Against Me (also check his Facebook HERE), the songs « Teenage Anthem », « Souvenirs And Other Tumours », and « Sell Outs Until Death » are all taking here a new dimension, becoming more club, break, and industrial techno.
